How do I register for courses offered by Concentra Learning?
Registering is easy. First, choose a course by selecting a course topic. From there, you’ll be given a list of courses offered, which include the date and location that they’re being offered. Simply select the course you would like to register for, and follow the prompts. You’ll be asked to enter all information required by the respective payment method, and will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration.

What forms of payment does Concentra Learning accept?
Concentra Learning accepts most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Please note that we do not accept purchase orders or the option to be invoiced for our online courses; you will need to register with a credit card for these courses.

What's the difference between an "online course," a "scheduled public workshop," and a "private workshop"?
We recognize that our customers are very busy, and we offer several types of learning solutions for your convenience:
- Online Courses can be purchased for a one-time fee and downloaded directly from this site. You can find an online course by first searching on our Course Topics page.
- Scheduled Public Workshops are led by our highly qualified instructors. These are taught at various dates and locations across the map. You can register for these directly from this site by selecting from our Course Topics page.
- Private Workshops, where our instructors will work with you to create a curriculum specific to your business. These workshops are highly customized and comprehensive, and can be taught to groups of various sizes. You can learn more about our Private Workshops here.

What if I have more than one person in my company who would like to attend a course?
Simply enter all information required to enroll each individual, and follow the prompts. Upon completion of the registration process, each individual will receive a separate confirmation. If several individuals from your company require training on a course topic Concentra Learning offers, you might want to also consider one of our Private Workshops. We'll send a qualified expert on the topic to a location convenient to you to train your staff, and can even customize the curriculum to meet the specific needs of your business. How do I cancel or reschedule a course?
If you need to cancel or reschedule a course, please provide Concentra Learning a written notice via e-mail at xlms@concentra.com or by fax at 972-364-8029.
You also have the option of an electronic cancellation. To cancel or reschedule your registration electronically, login into to your account. From there, select Learning Plan from the top-right side of the page. Select the course you would like to cancel or reschedule. You’ll be given a list of alternative dates and locations being offered. Either click Cancel Enrollment or select a desired course date and click Reschedule Me.

What is the cancellation policy?
Paid registrations canceled up to fourteen (14) days prior to the workshop are entitled to a full refund. All cancellations within fourteen (14) days prior to the workshop are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% based on the order total of the cancelled workshop. Substitute participants are welcome. All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via e-mail or fax).
Prior to the cancellation date, you may reschedule the workshop to another date without incurring cancellation penalties. If you need to cancel, please feel free to send a substitute from your organization to avoid any fees. Students who are registered for a workshop and who do not show will be assessed a 25% no show fee based on the order total of the workshop.
UL reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other events beyond our control. If this should happen, Concentra Learning will notify you as soon as possible. Concentra Learning's liability is limited to the return or credit of the registration fee(s). Concentra Learning shall not be responsible for any consequential or other losses resulting from the cancellation or postponement of this workshop such as airline and/or other travel and personal expenses.

What do I receive when I purchase an online course?
Our online courses are offered in a variety of digital formats, from self-loading videos to Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. The course detail page for the online course you're considering will include a description of the type of file, as well as its size.

How do I start an online course?
Please login to your account. Once logged in, select Learning Plan from the top-right side of the page. Select the online course you would like to start and clickTake Course.

I don't see a course topic I'm interested in on the site. What can I do?
If you need training on a topic we currently do not offer on this website, please send us an email, and we'll respond within three business days. We're always open to suggestions on how we can provide better service to our valued customers.
